Burritos or Chimichangas w/ Red Salsa Cream Sauce
Serves 12
Ingredients:
- 12 El Monterey Burritos or Chimichangas (any flavor)
- 01 cup Alfredo Sauce (prepared)
- 01 cup Prepared Salsa
Directions
- Reconstitute Burritos or Chimichangas according to package instructions.
- Mix Alfredo and Salsa; bring to a simmer. Thin out sauce with regular milk if necessary.
- Pour one third of the sauce on the bottom of a holding pan to coat completely.
- Arrange Burritos or Chimichangas in pan and pour remaining sauce over Burritos or Chimichangas; garnish with Mexican cotija cheese and Pico De Gallo
